What's better than a hard-boiled, 70s-style cop movie from Japan starring children in almost all of the cop roles?



Absolutely nothing. This thing looks amazing. 



Twitchfilm reports that Kid's Police is actually based on a TV series of the same name (that's Kodomo keisatsu in Japanese) that aired in Japan last year. It's directed by Yûichi Fukuda and we really hope to see it released with English subtitles some time this year.



I mean really, look at that one kid in the tailored suit and cool 70s hair; the one rocking the shotgun. What an absolute bad-ass. Trailer below.
