Winning the award for the most NSFW trailer that you are bound to see today is the new trailer for the upcoming Horror film THE GRAVITY OF THE PUGILIST. Direct from Chilean Director Jorge Mella. Looks nice and messed up if I do say so myself. So naturally it looks right up my alley. I indeed like my horror movies to be of the Exploitation type so I’m really keen to check this one out.
Sorry for the lack of English subs as the trailer has none to speak off but here is a pretty detailed synopsis that should provide some context to the craziness seen up above.
In a small town in Chile, women and young children have been mysteriously vanishing. Suspicion falls on the local mayor, Dupui, and a shadowy figure called Dr. Werner. Dupui keeps tight control over the town through a gang called the Yellow Jackets, hand-picked by Dupui and under his control through the use of a drug which he calls ‘Possession.' As the forces of good close in on the mayor and his evil gang, events start to spiral out of control and an ancient force of evil is released.
