SPACE DANDY Gets A Stellar and Retro-tastic Teaser Trailer

A few days ago, we reported that the genius responsible for some of our favourite Anime Series – including the likes of COWBOY BEBOP, SAMURAI CHAMPLOO and KIDS ON THE SLOPE -- Shinichiro Watanabe is set to make his return to the Sci-Fi genre with his new series SPACE DANDY. Thanks to Bandai Visual, we finally have our first teaser for SPACE DANDY in its full glory. I am ecstatic to report that it is every bit as retro gorgeous as that stellar teaser art promised it to be. It is simply put, a downright gorgeous piece of eye candy to watch in motion. With Watanabe’s already stellar track record, I think it is safe to assume that we’re in good hands and hopefully SPACE DANDY will be every bit as awesome as this small tease promises it to be. The series follows the exploits of our titular lead Dandy, considered to be the “deadliest man in space”, as he hunts down Aliens with the help of his trusty companion and robot assistant QT and a cat alien named Meow.
