Batman Returns

“Batman Returns truly is one hell of a sleaze filled Comic Book film. Let’s break down the elements. You have a hero dressed in a rubber Bat suit and an anti-heroine dressed in a body hugging leather Cat suit. Both of whom are running around the streets of Gotham engaging in a love-hate sexual affair. Acting as the main villain is a deformed, sleaze ridden Penguin man. The Penguin is vouching for the chair of Mayor to benefit a questionable businessman.

Combine all of these elements with an atmospheric and grim Christmas setting and what you get is one sleaze filled and somewhat ugly Comic Book movie. I say and mean that as a compliment. Did I mention that it features a very fine Michelle Pfeiffer sauntering around in body hugging leather? How can one possibly go wrong with that combination? ”
