Neill Blomkamp's CHAPPIE Seen via Banner at Comic-Con

Personally, I've been waiting on CHAPPIE with baited breathe. As a huge fan of Neill Blomkamp, Die Antwoord and South African culture in general, this film can't come soon enough (we even named one of our cats Chappie in anticipation). Unfortunately, CHAPPIE doesn't have a panel at the San Diego Comic-Con this year, but that didn't stop Sony from putting up an awesomely huge CHAPPIE banner at the convention, posted online by Collider. In it, we get our first look at the titular robotic character, voiced by Sharlto Copley. See below:

A few things to notice from the banner:
He has Zef graffiti on him, obviously provided by Ninja and Yo-Landi (Zef is a South African term that can be likened to 'Kitch' or 'common').
Chappie's fingers are decked in an assortment of bling.
The graffiti he has spray-painted onto the wall is of himself and his 'mommy and his daddy', with the initials Y and N representing Ninja and Yo-Landi.
The film also stars Sigourney Weaver and Hugh Jackman. How cool is it that stars of this calibre are starring alongside Die Antwoord in a major motion picture? Badass. Stay tuned for more CHAPPIE news as it arrives.
